Our dedicated team invests significant time and effort into understanding our clients needs and providing comprehensive design and documentation support.

Puccahouse.com takes pleasure in offering affordable and transparent house construction services and would like to get a chance to redress your grievances, if any, in order to help you change your mind.

In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel your project after paying the booking amount or decide to cancel after commencement of the project, you agree to forfeit the sum/payment/consideration/amount already paid by you and the Company shall not be liable to refund such sum/payment/consideration received from you towards your booking/construction.

FAQ About Cancellation

Puccahouse.com takes pride in providing transparent house construction services. Please write a mail to grivence@puccahouse.com to help us understand the reason behind your cancellation and allow us to resolve your concerns.

Its not necessary that a cheese burst pizza in one pizzeria has to be priced the same compared to a similar cheese burst pizza in a different pizzeria. Similarly the house construction costing varies from company to company. Puccahouse.com believes in fair and transparent pricing which will be provided to the customer in writing.

The customer can review the pricing before booking.

Puccahouse.com aims to provide a hassle free construction experience to its customer. The customer is given a detailed quotation along with the bill of quantity materials used in the construction of the project to ensure a hassle free experience. The customer is free to review the quotation and decide whether to accept the quotation or not.

Upon payment of the booking amount, it is understood that the customer has accepted the quotation and is interested in the proceeding with the construction. No changes will be made to the quotation after receipt of booking amount.

Puccahouse.com has partnered with leading banks to offer you the best rate of interests and loan schemes suitable for your construction project. Incase of your loan not being approved for any reason, Puccahouse.com would not be able to offer a refund.

We request you to kindly honour the team’s ask and make arrangements for the payments through an alternate source of funds.

Puccahouse.com can connect you with reliable and trustworthy BBMP/BMDRA and BIAAPPA registered engineers/agents who can deliver a hassle free plan sanction process. In the rare scenario that your plan is not getting approved, refund will not be issued.

Suspension/Termination of Contract

Suspension/Termination of a project by the company is a rare scenario and extremely unlikely and only occurs if the customer violates the terms and conditions. In the unlikely event that the company terminates/suspends your project, you forfeit the sum/payment/consideration/amount already paid by you and the Company shall not be liable to refund such sum/payment/consideration received from you towards your construction or any other services availed by you.

The company has the right to suspend or terminate a contract due to the following reasons

Failure by the customer to make payments by the stipulated due date

Ensure a safe and secure environment for the Company, its workers, representatives, third party and service providers to provide the services set forth as per the estimate/agreement and provide adequate space for storage of materials

Permit the Company, the contractor(s) and their respective representative’s full and unrestricted access to the Scheduled Property for the purpose of performing the tasks in the Project and all activities in connection thereto

Customer engages any other contractors/sub-contractors/designers/architects to carry out partial or major design,construction, interior design or consultation works will result in immediate termination/suspension of contract

To prevent company employees to conduct periodic visits to the Scheduled Property to provide any information or consents required for the Company to complete the Project.

For those who have availed the house construction service, all interior works/false ceiling works should be carried out after the house construction handover upon successful completion of the project. If the customer has engaged any contractor/vendor for installation of False Ceiling/POP Work or Interior Design work before handover of project, then is considered as a violation of our agreement terms and will result in a written warning to stop all works until handover of project. If the customer fails to oblige, then it will result in the termination of contract.
